Monday: leftover taco soup (from a friend), cornbread
Tuesday: Pizza Casserole
Wednesday: dinner at church–Mexican
Thursday: having Megan for dinner–we are eating things Adam hates! Main course will be this Baked Polenta with Sausage and Tomato-Pepper Sauce. I’m thinking perhaps some roasted asparagus or brussel sprouts might come into play as well. 🙂
Friday: Beef Daube Provencal over egg noodles
Saturday: Bruschetta Chicken Bake
Sunday: leftovers or pantry creation
This week’s pantry creation ended up being leftover rosemary chicken thighs from the freezer and buttered egg noodles (I had half a package in the pantry). I checked the black bean soup recipe and it called for way too many things I didn’t have on hand. So we’ll try it some other time!
