Here’s what we’ll be grubbing on this week!
Monday: Ceasar shrimp salad
Tuesday: gnocchi with Italian sausage and swiss chard (Rachael Ray 365)
Wednesday: dinner at church
Thursday: calzone from last week, salad
Friday/Saturday: I’ll be at BLISSDOM!
Sunday: meatloaf, brown rice, corn
This week’s shopping was a bit confusing because I had to buy stuff for the Superbowl party we went to and for a work lunch today. But I am just counting what I bought for our dinners toward my $40. I spent $42.53 plus tax but bought a few stock-up items, including olive oil which is on the pricey side. I am still proud for staying that close to budget. 🙂
