I’m finding that planning breakfasts and lunches just doesn’t work for me. I can tell you I’ll be having yogurt and fruit and toast or eggs for breakfast, and sandwiches, fruit, veggies, or leftovers for lunch.
Monday: Hashbrown Casserole, vegetables with dip
Tuesday: Tai Pei Chinese dinners
Wednesday: dinner at church
Thursday: Burgers with A-1 Marinade, peas, rice
Friday: Shrimp skewers, rice
Saturday: Supper Club
