I’m back! It’s been such a long time since I could regularly plan meals. It took me FOR-EVAH to go through coupons, organize, and plan meals for this week. And I only went to one store! Southern Savers was totally my lifesaver. I love her Publix match-ups!
And somehow I still ended up with almost all meals to make in the crockpot?? Guess I’ll be doing a lot of slow cooker scrubbing this week! (Which is OK. I ADORE my Hamilton Beach slow cooker.)
Sunday: All-American Chili (made with beef broth instead of wine)
Monday: Islander Pork Roast, Rice, Frozen Veggie Mix
Tuesday: Honey-Ginger Baked Salmon with Jasmine Rice
Wednesday: John McCain’s Ribs, Salad, Fruit
Thursday: Leftover Buffet
Friday: Slow Cooker Orange Chicken, Rice, Green Beans
Saturday: Dinner out or leftovers
Breakfasts: Oatmeal with fruit; eggs with tortilla and salsa
Lunches: Leftovers; Thai Chicken Noodle Soup
