There is not one inch of my brain that wants to menu plan after cooking a huge Valentine’s meal tonight for me, my honey, and an older neighbor couple. We had a great time, but it was slightly exhausting and I am very full!
But … it needs to be done.
Last week recap: After weeks of eating pretty well, I found that I pretty much dislike processed foods. Salty, icky, not tasty. Glad my pantry is getting very empty!! For some reason our old standard meatloaf was extra awesome this week. We surmised it was because I shredded cheese, which makes it melt better than pre-shredded, and the Publix organic tomato sauce was more “tomatoey.”
Monday: leftover chicken and asiago sweet potatoes
Tuesday: a salmon dish that is SO not the same one I’ve had on my menu plan twice and not made. NOPE. NOT ME!
Wednesday: variation on this BBQ Chicken pizza
Thursday: Cheddar Ranch burgers, sweet potato wedges, peas
Saturday: Breakfast for dinner
Sunday: Potato Soup
