I don’t usually do a breakfast-lunch-dinner menu plan, but I’m thinking I should. I think it will help me know what to defrost from the (still-packed?!?)
contents of my freezer and not make decisions with my stomach!

Christmas Eggs/ Apricot Breakfast Bars leftovers Taco Bake, chips, guacamole, salsa
Assortment of breakfast bars, scones, fruit lunch and dinner: out-of-town family–we shall see!
*I got a package of chicken legs for .84 at the store Friday night. I’m not sure I’ve ever been so excited!! They were marked down and I had a $1.50 coupon for that brand. WOOT!
