leftovers (UGH–had TOO MANY leftovers this past week! Going to have to toss lasagna ’cause it’s getting old!)

Monday
Giant Breakfast Cookies
Grilled cheese, veggies with hummus
Creamy Tortellini Bake

Tuesday
Scrambled Eggs
Sesame-Orange Vegetable Stir-Fry, Brown Rice
leftovers

Wednesday
Huevos Ree-Os
leftovers
French Dip sandwiches, sweet potato fries

Thursday
Peanut butter toast, bananas
leftovers
Spaghetti and meat sauce

Friday
scrambled eggs
leftover spaghetti
Deconstructed Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Saturday
Ham, Broccoli, and Cheese Quiche
(lunch or dinner out, probably–in-laws in town)
Mom’s Enchiladas, Mexican Rice, chips and salsa (hello, carb overload! YUM!)

  1. I finally made the breakfast cookies and oh my….they are really good! Almost too good – I ended up eating waaaay too many. They will make a great classroom snack to send in to school with my toddler tomorrow. Thanks so much!
