London Broil with Buttered Potatoes and Zucchini/Mushroom Saute (this is from my favorite cookbook, Rachael Ray 365)
Giant Breakfast Cookies
leftover lasagna (yes, it takes us this long to finish a pan!)
Unstuffed Cabbage, mashed potatoes, veggie
Snacks: fruit, string cheese, yogurt
