I’ve got lots in the freezer now–what a relief! I’m hoping we can find our way back into a somewhat normal schedule as we edge our way closer to the school year again (geez, how does summer go so quickly??).
Sunday: Mango and Black Bean Chicken Salad over romaine lettuce
Monday: Shrimp and Broccoli Stir-Fry, brown rice
Tuesday: Summer Bow-Ties
Thursday: Stuffed Buffalo Chicken, Baked Potatoes, veggie
Friday: Tomato Basil Hamburgers, Potato Wedges, salad
