I knew we were having leftovers for dinner tonight so I’ve been less-than-motivated to pump out a menu plan this week. But after putting it together, I am excited and hungry! I’m also going to try to throw together a few things for the freezer for post-baby (or at least closer-to-baby-time!).
Monday: Leftover beef stew
Tuesday: Chicken and Broccoli Rolls
Wednesday: working on a recipe for Turkey-Sage Burgers on Homemade Buns; Cranberry Salad
Thursday: Creamy Chicken Curry (from Not Your Mother’s Slow Cooker Cookbook) over basmati rice
Friday: Leftovers Galore
Saturday: Mommy’s at the Tweet-Up in Atlanta! Are you coming?
Now I am officially starving. Off to eat. What are you eating this week?
