Baby time is inching closer. I have no desire to menu plan. Only to eat. But since the rest of the members of my household do like to eat as well, I guess I have to cook them something. So here we go.
Sunday: “Leftover” Hash–Used homemade hashbrowns, eggs, and meat from the Marlboro Man Sandwiches. Yum!
Monday: Pasta with Tomato Cream Sauce, bread, broccoli
Tuesday: leftovers from girl’s brunch (Grits-and-Green Breakfast Bake, Streusel Coffee Cake, Cornmeal and Brown Sugar Bacon, and yes I did steal this menu entirely from the November Southern Living)
Wednesday: Oat-Crusted Chicken with Sunshine Salsa (with some substitutions), Brown/Wild Rice mix, veggie
Thursday: Quesadillas de Camarones, green chile rice, Black Bean and Mango Chicken Salad served as dip
Friday: Pizza & Movie Night (homemade pizza of some sort)
Saturday: Fall Festival at church
