It’s a new week, a new menu plan! Trying to use some things from the freezer this week. It’s DEFINITELY time for another once-a-month cooking marathon because my freezer is nearly empty. It makes me sad.
Sunday: Spicy Chicken Sausage & Peppers Pasta, salad
Monday: Beef and Barley soup, grilled cheese on homemade bread (for Mr. V & Libbie)
Tuesday: Mexican Roundsteak, brown rice, chips with avocado/salsa
Wednesday: Roasted Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, and baby carrots (EarthFare FREE meal for signing up on their new website!)
Thursday: Barbecued Chicken Sandwiches, Mustardy Mustard Greens, salad
Friday: Herbed Turkey Breast in Gravy, Peas, Fried Potato Slices
Breakfasts: Eggs, Raspberry Coffee Cake Muffins (based on the linked recipe), any leftover Berry Baked French Toast from Sunday School or baked Cheese Grits from MOPS (I am hoping because these are baked things the dairy won’t bother David. I won’t eat the cheese grits.)
Lunches: Leftovers, Cheese Quesadillas (for Libbie), PBJ
