Planning three meals a day worked really well for me last week, so I did it again! Since I am STARVING all the time (nursing) it’s helpful to know what I should be eating for lunch.
I actually went grocery shopping for two weeks for the first time ever. We’ll see how that works out!
Breakfast: Eggs with bacon scramble, almond milk smoothies
Lunch: popcorn shrimp, oven fries
Dinner: Sauteed Tilapia with Honey-Scallion Dressing, fried rice, broccoli
Breakfast: peanut butter toast, bananas
Lunch: Sandwiches, cookies, apple slices
Breakfast: chocolate donuts
Dinner: pasta with sausage
