Menu Plan Monday

It’s time for another installment of Menu Plan Monday! I kept adding things to the menu plan and then thinking, “We can’t eat that! It’s 70 degrees outside!” I’m thankful for Spring and being able to move into warm-weather recipes, aren’t you?

I’m experimenting a little with adding dairy back into my diet. David already seems less sensitive to it when I’ve eaten it recently (on occasions where I was starving and there was nothing else). I would certainly love for my cheeseless phase to be over.


Lunch: Out
Dinner: Maple Chicken Salad variation with tangerines (didn’t get to last week because we did travel to Nashville)
Lunch: Sandwiches, apple slices
Dinner: Baked Nutty Pretzel Chicken, baked sweet potatoes, peas
Lunch: grilled cheese, pureed acorn squash
Lunch: sandwiches, applesauce, pretzels
Dinner: Leftovers
Dinner: Balsamic Chicken and Tortellini, spinach salad
Lunch: Leftovers
