This week may be a little nutso, but we’ll at least know what meals we have! I am loving shopping every two weeks. It’s really difficult for me to plan the meals and coupon, but once I have shopped it’s so great to not have to go to the store (at least not for much – sometimes I go pick up milk or bread or something).
Yes, you will notice repeats from last week … did more leftovers than I had planned. And gave my sister a choice, so she picked Chicken Piccata that was not going to be on the menu until this week. C’est la vie. 🙂
Sunday: leftovers / sandwiches
Monday: Turkey breast in crockpot, mashed sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts
Tuesday: chili-ranch pork chops, corn on the cob, summer bulghur salad
Thursday: spaghetti, green beans
Friday: out with family or take-out
Saturday: Pizza Pasta
I made some really wonderful sauteed rainbow swiss chard this weekend … stay tuned for the recipe this week!
