Menu Plan Monday

Have I mentioned that I despise shopping for two weeks at a time? It stresses me out. I hate the meal planning. I hate the shopping (except at our lovely little farmer’s market). I hate worrying about leaving the kids at home with my husband (I don’t worry about him not being able to take care of them; I worry about them driving him bananas).

But I sure do enjoy only going every two weeks. And it does seem to help my budget. So, I do it.

How do you shop?

  1. This site has saved me TONS of money at Publix. I could not miss a week of shopping and a week of deals! I have kiddos just older than Libby and just younger than David. I shopped with both of them in a race car cart (hoping that you know what I'm talking about) plus another cart to actually hold the groceries, a massive list and a ton of coupons and saved almost $100. The best part about it? My son calling the other non-kid cart our trailer. It was hilarious and I felt so accomplished to be able to handle it all! Good luck!

  2. I can't wait to try the sweet potato cubes. What a great idea for Toddlers and little ones! I will be trying this out next week.
