A year ago, I did the exact same thing I am going to do this year: go to Pennsylvania with my sister and my kids for her Spring break. Then when we get back, it will be my husband’s Spring break! Yay! (The joys of a family full of educators.)

I’m reposting this menu plan because it has a great resource: a printable with recipes, a grocery list, and the method for getting four dinners made for the week in just two hours or so! Go for it!

Want to make Skillet Macaroni and Beef, Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore, Mexican Pasta Bake, BBQ Crockpot Chicken, and Rosemary-Balsamic Pork Tenderloin all in about two hours? Here are all the recipes, instructions, and a grocery list!

  1. I am visiting from MPM. Thank you so much for the corn dog muffin recipe. My son loves corn dogs, ao we will be trying this this week!

    • Great! My husband and I like the muffins, and we should try them again now that our daughter is more into meat/hot dogs. The last time we made them she ate around the hot dogs. Hehe.

  2. Ohh, I love meal planning but fall off the band wagon every so often. Thanks for sharing, and the great recipe ideas! The mexican shells sound awesome, and I have been craving corn dogs, so might have to try the muffin one too.
