Well, we’re at my parents’ house this week (and OH, do I have a story to tell you about coming here). But I am cooking a few meals here so I thought I would share those.
Tonight we had Asian Chicken Thighs, jasmine rice, and these Asian green beans, but with snow peas instead, and watermelon. The chicken thighs are SO good. The sauce simmers into a sticky glaze with some great flavors. I will definitely make the recipe often.
- Tacos, refried beans, and Mexican rice
- Baked Ham with Sweet Potatoes and Carrots, green peas
- I think I am going to try out these Apricot Cornmeal Cakes, too!
