We won’t be home ’til Wednesday (oops, guess I shouldn’t say that, but any potential burglars: we live in a dorm. Someone will see you. Plus, we basically have nothing of worth to steal, anyway), but I want to go ahead and plan so I can go shopping when we get home.

Wednesday
B: Eggs, nutrigrain-type bars
L: um, probably something gross like Spaghetti-Os because I won’t have been to the store yet and we’ve been gone for 10 days
D: Asian Beef in Wonton Cups, Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Thursday
B: Red, White, and Blue Parfaits (probably with yogurt instead of whipped cream … maybe)
L: ham, cheese, crackers, fruit
D: Tomato Basil Hamburgers (w/goat cheese instead of feta) on Whole Wheat Buns (already in freezer), garlic sweet potato wedges, frozen veggie

Friday
B: Secret Recipe Club recipe!
L: leftovers
D: Sundried Tomato-Stuffed Chicken Breasts, pasta, roasted broccoli

Saturday
B: Baked French Breakfast Doughnuts
L: leftovers/easy foods
D: Balsamic Onion Pot Roast, mashed potatoes, Honey Balsamic Green Beans

Sunday
B: Sweet Carrot Muffins, eggs, fruit
L: leftovers or out
D: Super Sloppy Joes on homemade buns, German Potato Salad, fruit

What are you excited about eating this week? Right now I am SO HUNGRY so I’m just excited to eat. I’m actually going out to dinner with my husband and letting my mom babysit. Wahoo!
