A year ago, I did the exact same thing I am going to do this year: go to Pennsylvania with my sister and my kids for her Spring break. Then when we get back, it will be my husband’s Spring break! Yay! (The joys of a family full of educators.)

I’m reposting this menu plan because it has a great resource: a printable with recipes, a grocery list, and the method for getting four dinners made for the week in just two hours or so! Go for it!

Saturday
Dinner: Skillet Macaroni and Beef

Sunday
Breakfast: at church
Lunch: out
Dinner: Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore, brown rice

Monday
Breakfast: Lemon Coffee Cake
Lunch: PBJ, pear slices, Annie’s bunny grahams
Dinner: Pan-Fried Ribeye Steak, garlicky spinach, Roasted New Potatoes with Garlic and Herbs (from Not Your Mother’s Slow Cooker Cookbook)

Tuesday
Breakfast: Toddler French Toast Sticks , Maple-Cinnamon Apple Pearsauce
Lunch: Corn Dog Muffins, baby carrots, raisins
Dinner: Mexican Unstuffed Shells

Wednesday
Breakfast: Lemon Coffee Cake
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: BBQ Crockpot Chicken, wild rice cakes (from Not Your Mother’s Slow Cooker cookbook, although they aren’t a slow cooker recipe)

Thursday
Breakfast: Toddler French Toast Sticks, raisins
Lunch: out (meeting)
Dinner: Whole wheat pancakes, sausage, pineapple casserole

Friday
Breakfast: eggs and sausage
Lunch: Corn Dog Muffins, applesauce, baby carrots
Dinner: Rosemary-Balsamic Pork Tenderloin, buttered red potatoes, zucchini slices

Saturday
Breakfast: Vanilla Donuts
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Southwestern Bean Pot (from Not Your Mother’s Slow Cooker Cookbook)
